Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bricoo, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In resalable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage, pet hair, odors, or washing cannot be accepted.
Exchange
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. To support your first purchase, each customer is eligible for one-time free size exchange.
For this one-time exchange:
Bricoo will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item
Customers are responsible for returning the original item
To help ensure the best fit, we may ask for your dog’s breed, measurements, and weight before processing the exchange.
How to Request a Return & Exchange
To start a return, please email customerservice@bricoo.ca and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing the item condition and attached tags
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item meets return eligibility.
Return & Exchange Shipping
- Once approved, customers may return the item via our partnered drop-off courier locations within 7 days.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the item is returned.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable & Exchange Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping issues
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us at customerservice@bricoo.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
